This is a plain-language summary. The full terms of service below is the legal text and always wins.
Masterkey is an operating system for your company. Your people build their own screens, workflows and agents, and the agents run on your company's own data.
Masterkey LLC provides the service.
You sign in through the service's authentication, connect only accounts you own or administer, and keep your account secure.
Connect only accounts you are authorized to use, never use the service to watch employees without their knowledge, and do not scrape, reverse-engineer or abuse the service.
You own what you provide and the results the service produces. Masterkey gets a limited license to process your data to run your company's screens, workflows and agents.
Joining a company shares the work you do there with that company. A mailbox you connect stays yours: the company owner cannot read your private mail, and only the agents you run read it. You can leave a company at any time.
Your data is analyzed by AI models that can be wrong. Your company chooses the level each agent works at: Drafts only, Asks first or On its own. An agent never sends anything to a person outside your company on its own.
The service is provided as is, may change with reasonable notice, and liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
